Chair Exercise

Core & Stretch Chair Class

Seated Class: We begin with a special focus on Deep Abdominal Breathing including Breath Retention. This is wonderful for CO2 and O2 exchange as you oxygenate your blood,  an excellent technique to relieve anxiety and stress, and very powerful for our heart and lung health. Warm up the body and at the 16:30minute mark the focus turns to Core Strength and Stretch work for about 15 minutes. Ease into a lovely ending of full body Gentle Stretch and finshing with a guided relaxation body scan Meditation.
