This gentle Miracle Morning practice blends healing movement and mindfulness to awaken your body, breath, and spirit. You'll explore a unique mix of Qigong, Yoga, Pilates, and mindful techniques — all designed to help you feel more grounded, clear, and energized.

Modifications are always welcome — move gently, use a chair if needed, or simply visualize the practice.
To stay extra comfortable, consider having a cushion or knee pad handy, and feel free to use yoga blocks under your hands during lunges, under your head in Child’s Pose or Thread the Needle, or anytime you’d like more support.
