Modifications are always welcome — move gently, use a chair if needed, or simply visualize the practice.
To stay extra comfortable, consider having a cushion or knee pad handy, and feel free to use yoga blocks under your hands during lunges, under your head in Child’s Pose or Thread the Needle, or anytime you’d like more support.
